Federal Nightmare Hosted by Paper

 WAYYY TOO MANY MIRACLES THESE LAST TWO WEEKS!!!! I didn't have time to write them all last week so my apologies! 


LOOK OUT THE LBRM CAN TRACT NOW!!!!!!! 
We have had wayyy too many miracles while tracting!!! 

One of them was John! 
Knocked on his door and asked if he was interested and he kept telling us that we can't believe the "King James Bible and the Mormon Bible" 
Uhhh OKAY cool but I do :))) 
Anyways we taught him about what the Book of Mormon was and said we'd love to share with him where it came from so we got to have a lesson with him at our members house down the road!! 
He is really stuck on not believing in the two books so he ended up leaving the Book of Mormon but we planted a seed! 
Still a cool experience! 

We knocked on Arlainas door and asked if she'd be interested in a message and she goes "wait I know you... you've texted me on Facebook"
Turns out I had shared a scripture with her and taught her about the Book of Mormon and we were trying to find a time to meet up but never could! 
Isn’t God so good in his timing of things? 
Turns out the other sisters ran into her baby daddy at Walmart and gave him the same pamphlet we gave her!! 
Coincidence?? I think not!! 
Too bad Donald is in love with her and she doesn't give him the light of day! 

Tracked a neighborhood near downtown and I kid you not everyone who opened their door goes to FIRST BAPTIST!!! 
That is the great and abominable church here in El Dorado if you ask me.

Really focused on the restoration with Clara this week and she finally grasped it!!! We got to go back and teach her the Plan of Salvation and I will never forget how hard she had to focus to make it make sense in her brain but she understood it and said it all make sense!! 
By the end of the lesson she goes "I feel so enlightened right now" 
She also pointed to the Celestial kingdom and goes "I don't know about yall but this us where I'm going mhm" 
I cried I love her so so much! 

Lived my absolute worst nightmare during a lesson this week and was STOMPING on roaches for an hour. Let's just say by the time I left that house I felt like I had roaches crawling all over me but I for real stomped on like 20 roaches... no thanks! 

Met with Deserae and the most awesomely awesome miracle happened... she told us she was down to one cigarette a week and agreed that she WOULDNT BUY ANY MORE!!!! Thus made my whole entire year! 

Okay okay okay last one I guess! 
Our friend Brooklyn has been wanting to get baptized but just has been needing to talk to her parents about it!! On Sunday she walked up to us so giddy and said GUESS WHAT I CAN GET BAPTIZED!!!! She chose her date and everything right there!!!! Tenderest tender mercy ever!!! 

I think I have about 17 more that I could share with yall but I'll stop there!!

We back babyyy!  This week did a whole lotta bikin thats for sure!!!  At least we have unlimited miles 😎 We have been working alot with inactive members because there are SO MANY of them here in this town it's crazy!!!  We've had some funny experiences with some of them!  We went and visited James who got baptized back in the 80's but a week after he decided he is part of a different religion?!?!  Asked him where he stood rn and he said he be a Jedi-ite! It's exactly what you are thinking right now... he believes that there is a force which has a light side and a dark side!  I was mind blown!!! I was just trying to be respectful and not laugh because truly that is the most pathetic thing I have heard on my mission!!!  We texted another member and asked how he was doing and he goes "not good. I just lost all my life's savings betting on college football last night and my cat died"  Oh...  Continues on to ask if he can get his tithing back......

  Another exciting week in the 4th most dangerous city in the U.S!!!!! Was walking out of an apartment complex and a lady was walking out in a big rush!!  God had different plans for her and a recipt flew out of her hands!!!  Stopped her and gave it back and she goes "oh yall are the church people"  Yeah we are!!!   Called back that night and she had read our pamphlet already!!!!  Went back the next day and taught her the plan of salvation and she absolutely loved it!!!  It was so blessed and it's so cool to see God's hand in people's lives!!!  Went to the ward trunk or treat and went around stealing the kids candy mwhahaha  Went and taught Renee and she goes "I'm tryna get rebaptized but my pastor won't let me!!!!"  Well wll well we can help ya out with that!!!  Told her to come to church and she agreed to come next week and goes "that way I can tell people I won't be there next week, I don't have to tell them where I'm going ...

Pathetic Panzees

  GUESS WHAT MOM?! I COME HOME THIS YEAR!!!!!!  Sister Stokes woke up one morning and the first thing she said was "I had a dream that we went to justin biebers house and we went fishing!!!!"  Hehe yes pls!!!!!!  This week was a whole lot of "huntin and fishin and lovin every day" to say the least!  Lots and lots of finding and man have we seen miracles!!!!!  We back at it with FREE JESUS BOOKS and it came in clutch!!  12 numbers in an hour????  UH HUH!!!!  Met Phillip!! He was baptized into a catholic church two weeks ago... and HES NOT EVEN CATHOLIC!!!! (Direct quote from Phillip!!!)  Came to church yesterday and absolutely LOVED IT!  Our bestie Nchedo made us some absolutely fire Nigerian food!  I'm not gonna wanna eat when I get home because food in Utah tastes like cardboard compared to here!!!  Probs a good thing... I'll lose all the weight I have gained since I have been out here!  Don't ask don't tell :))))...
