Livin- Learnin- Lovin- in Louisiana

  WAYYY TOO MANY MIRACLES THESE LAST TWO WEEKS!!!! I didn't have time to write them all last week so my apologies!  LOOK OUT THE LBRM CAN TRACT NOW!!!!!!!  We have had wayyy too many miracles while tracting!!!  One of them was John!  Knocked on his door and asked if he was interested and he kept telling us that we can't believe the "King James Bible and the Mormon Bible"  Uhhh OKAY cool but I do :)))  Anyways we taught him about what the Book of Mormon was and said we'd love to share with him where it came from so we got to have a lesson with him at our members house down the road!!  He is really stuck on not believing in the two books so he ended up leaving the Book of Mormon but we planted a seed!  Still a cool experience!  We knocked on Arlainas door and asked if she'd be interested in a message and she goes "wait I know you... you've texted me on Facebook" Turns out I had shared a scripture with her and taught her about the Book of M...

  Hello everyone!!! Coming back at ya from El Dorado for another 6 weeks!!! And even better news??? Me and Sister Jenkins get a THIRD transfer together!!!  God is too good!  My mom just told me that I didn't write a letter last week???? Sorry everyone!! Got to meet my new mission President and his wife!!  President and Sister Smuin are the best people ever!!! I'm excited to get to know them and work them!!!  Had so many miracles this week!!!  Met Shannon on Facebook just texting random people and asked straight up if he wanted to be baptized and homeboy said YES!!!  He is a recovering drug addict and has been sober for 7 months and lives in a recovery home!!!  It's soo cool to see him learn about the Atonement of Jesus Christ and to know that he can be forgiven for all of his mistakes because of the Atonement!!  Went and taught the restoration and he is now praying about a day to be baptized!!!  Also met Lottie on Facebook and we met up ...

  Went on exchanges down in Monroe with our cutie new missionary Sister Anderson!!!!  We hopped on our bikes and headed to a lesson but only homeboys friend was outside and he just yelled at us saying he grew up Catholic and is P.O'd at all religions!!!!  What a time!!  We headed home and got stuck at a train for 30 minutes and there was no other way to go!!!  Don't worry it was only 104° with a feels like of 117° :)))  Had a lesson with Don and this was the most interesting thing ever... He is spiritual and not religious? Thinks churches are temples and temples need to be destroyed?? Homie said he doesn't believe in the old testament but believes in the new testament???
